HOW IT ALL BEGAN

Situated in the heart of the Staffordshire Moorlands in our small holding near the village of Stanley, comes the birth place of the Staffordshire Savoury Scotch Eggs.

From humble beginnings in their farm kitchen back in 1997, Colin & Deborah developed a range of quality and tasteful Scotch Eggs including Vegetarian and Gluten free versions. They have built up a wealth of experience both in the kitchen and out on the markets selling. 

They now have 35 varieties of scotch egg, to cater to all diets and preferences. 

Using their own and locally sourced produce, the ethos has been to create a quality product for the enjoyment of others.
